Keep Sedona Beautiful and Northern Arizona Climate Change presents a conversation with Meteorologist Darren McCollum, with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Weather Service of Flagstaff.
Darren will explore why it is that human activities are changing the climate of our planet. He will present results from the most recent National Climate Assessment including what changes are being observed in the US Southwest and Arizona, as well as predicted changes for the rest of this century.
Darren McCollum has a Master of Science degree in Meteorology. He is with the National Weather Service Office in Flagstaff and has been the Lead Forecaster and Meteorologist since 1999. Open discussion with Q & A session.
